Kid’s Kin works with the nervous system to find calm & build children’s potential. Reiki uses gentle energy healing to release blockages in the energetic body. With a background in nutrition and wellness coaching I work to combine these modalities to find the hidden stresses in our body and mind that hold us back - find time to reconnect with ourselves and build the energy we need to heal
