Hi! I'm Zoe - the friendly face behind The New Leaf - coaching and kinesiology.

I'm a Queensland based energy coach and kinesiologist,  I help people overcome long held emotional blockages caused from childhood issues, toxic relationships and stressful experiences. I started The New Leaf when I moved to the Sunshine Coast after working as a natural therapist in Melbourne and Sydney for 25 years.

I specialise in helping people who are ready for change: 

  • Reset their energy so they can start a new direction.
  • Get out of dysfunctional situations and focus on what they really want.
  • Understand and accept themselves so they work with their strengths and overcome weaknesses.
  • Get into their life flow and experience lasting positive change.

In all sessions I take the time to really work out how people tick, together we look at the clients astrology, numerology, personal history and constitutional makeup so they really understand themselves and can work on their strengths and overcome their weaknesses.
