Hi there, I'm Rupal and consider myself to be a highly sensitive human. I have a love and fascination for observing the interaction between the seen and unseen aspects of our existence. I've been called both the black sheep and a ray of sunshine by my family - equal parts fighter and lover. Life so far has been a journey of both revelation and transformation - an unfolding and integration of my many layers while alchemizing the performance of daily existence to create greater presence for myself first and in turn the world around me.

My offerings are rooted in the belief that we all have an innate wisdom and capacity to self-heal, through both body and mind. I approach my practice with the intention to serve as a witness and space holder for revelation, transformation, and healing to occur at the core level.

With a focus on the 5 ayurvedic elements and the 7 main energy centers/chakras, the offerings are an opportunity for clients to cultivate greater balance and safety within themselves. Through the power of shared presence in these sessions, my hope is to guide clients back to themselves to feel more at home within their unique essence.
