With a natural intuitive touch, my approach to healing is rooted in compassion and gentle care. I create a safe, supportive and encouraging space, where clients feel truly held, seen and understood. Each session unfolds naturally, guided by both, my intuitive awareness and the unique needs of the individual.

I weave together Reiki, Shamanic Energy Medicine and subtle Energy Healing with elements of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. I am also a certified Advanced Theta Healing Practitioner and a Meditation teacher.

This integrative approach helps restore balance, release energetic blockages, limiting beliefs and stagnant energies and support the body's innate capacity for healing.

Clients often experience deep relaxation, emotional release and a greater sense of clarity and alignment, as we work together to nurture body, mind and spirit.
