Irina is an experienced holistic practitioner, Reiki teacher and Director of the International
Energetic Healing Association IEHA. She is an active member of the global community of
energy healers and is renowned for her integrative work, that is supportive and gentle; always
honouring the uniqueness, core values, emotions and body in each of her clients.

Improving people’s quality of life by learning and sharing effective energy management tools is
Irina’s passion. In one-on-one or group settings, she supports clients through a transition from
discomfort towards self-mastery through active listening, the encouragement of optimism and
holding a safe space for people to tap into their own intuitive energy.

Having worked as a senior management professional in the IT industry for over 20 years, Irina
observed the core strength and ability of some individuals to cope with multiple project
deliveries and deadlines better than others. This inspired her to find ways to channel this type of
energy to improve the balance and well being of herself and other people.

This desire to help others find and improve ‘their way’ led her to Nature Care College in 2009
where she studied Holistic Counselling and Energetic Healing. Since this time, she has been a
qualified practitioner attending to hundreds of clients since graduating in 2013.
Her unique approach is a combination of complementary therapies including Holistic
Counselling framework, Meditation, Reiki, Energy Healing and Quantum Consciousness. s
Complemented by her own integrated life experiences, sessions with Irina are grounded,
effective and joyful.
