In 1994 I created The Karyna Centre for Transformation as a healing and wellness centre offering therapies in Aromatherapy, Remedial and Swedish Massage, Reiki, Crystal Healing with crystals and gems and Crystal Sound Therapy with crystal singing bowls. Several years ago the Crystal Sound and Light Institute was launched to reflect the specialities I had been teaching since 2000. Teaching has become my "Path of the Heart" and sharing my love and knowledge with others brings me the greatest joy and fulfilment.
